When speaking with clients who are in the process of interviewing for various job opportunities, one of the questions they are asked that has them worried that they may jeopardise their candidacy is: “Why do you want to leave your current job?”

What you wear to an interview is critical as first impressions count. Too formal or too casual and you bit be seen not to fit the culture of the organisation. Always wear conservative business attire, only in very rare cases is business attire not appropriate.
Remember the interview is not the place for the latest trends, shorts, T-Shirts, midriffs, cleavage and very short skirts. Inappropriate dress is one of the biggest failing of younger people trying to enter the workforce.
