Situation: During my graduate placement last year, I was responsible for managing the annual customer Christmas party.

A majority of the interview will be you answering questions, as mentioned before these will most likely be behavioural based questions.
Answering behavioural based questions is a fairly simple process once you know what the interviewer is looking for. A typical interview question could be “Tell me about the most challenging change you’ve faced at work. What did you do?
